2016 round up from Cloudhouse Engineering

Season's Greetings from the Engineering Team at Cloudhouse.

2016 has been a year of innovation and disruptive thinking for our Product and Engineering teams. We announced some truly revolutionary thinking, kicking off with with "App-V from the Cloud" Tech Preview, and “Compound Application Virtualization” - which opens up a whole new world for innovative next generation Hybrid Virtualization Solutions.

These solutions are addressing big problems for our customers (especially with legacy apps) with the best reward for us being the filing of new patents and appreciation and recognition from the wider community including customers, partners and industry experts.

We cemented our relationships with Citrix and Microsoft with announcement of our Citrix Ready Partner status, membership of the Enterprise Cloud Alliance and securing our spot as a Finalist for Microsoft Partner of the Year. We also received terrific write ups from our friends at 451 Research, Rorymon.com, Gabe Knuth from BrianMadden.com, were visited by the virtualization Guru Tim Mangan and also featured in a Podcast with Frontline Chatter.

And it didn't stop there!  We had busy year of events too with BriForum in London and Boston, GE Centricity Live, HIMMS, and a number of Microsoft events including the Microsoft Cloud Roadshow, WPC, SQL Pass and Future Decoded to name but a few!  Plus numerous breakfast briefings, webinars and seminars.

It has been an eventful year. And now it’s time to bid “Goodbye to 2016”, we hope you all have a happy and restful break.  We'll leave you with a short video taken of our CTO, Mat Clothier, describing the Cloudhouse vision at BriForum in London.

We will be back in 2017 with many more ground-breaking ideas and whole set of revolutionary solutions.
