Gavin Chapman
Chairman

Gavin has more than 25 years’ experience as a senior executive with leading global IT technology, software and services organisations. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Sopra Steria’s UK&I business; SVP and Managing Director of CGI’s Northern European business and held senior roles in Bull and Honeywell. His track record is in directing small-to-large enterprises through significant transformations to achieve substantial revenue and profit growth and he has led significant acquisition, merger and integration programmes to create competitive advantage. Outside work Gavin is an active member of the Prince’s Trust Technology Group Leadership Board.

  

 

Nick Coleman
CTO

Nick is a technology and business consultant with experience in technology start-ups and system integrators. He has applied his expertise across the public sector, financial services, telecommunications, insurance and retail. His work includes programme delivery, ITO, managed services and strategy consulting. He was previously Operations Director for the Government Sector at Sopra Steria, with responsibility for delivering digital transformation, managed and outsourced services across the UK. Prior to this he was UK Head of Application Management and Enterprise Services Lines with the company. Other senior roles include VP Technology for CGI in the UK. Nick holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies from Sheffield Hallam.

  

 

Mat Clothier
CEO and Founder

Mat has more than 20 years’ industry experience, founding multiple organisations focusing on provisioning enterprise IT solutions. He is an expert in enterprise IT technology, virtualisation and distributed management of applications, and devotes his time to developing solutions that simplify user-access to modern enterprise IT applications. He started his first business while at university, providing CIO services to SMEs in the South West of England. Mat is a motoring enthusiast and enjoys experimenting with new technologies. He graduated from the University of Plymouth with a BSc Hons in Computer Systems and Networks.

  

 

Jon Dale
Finance Director

Jon is a chartered accountant with extensive experience that includes the technology, government, public and charity sectors. After graduating from the University of Oxford with a degree in biological sciences, he spent six years at PwC, including six months on secondment to the business recovery team and another six months with PwC Australia working in the aviation, mining and energy sectors. He joined Cloudhouse in May 2017, after two years at accountancy firm Ballard Dale Syree Watson, specialising in outsourced CFO and company secretarial roles for clients in the tech sector. He has previously held a Gap Year Commission in the British Army, serving as a 2nd Lt in the Royal Artillery.
