Gavin Chapman has over 25 years’ experience as a senior executive working for leading local and global IT technology, software and services organisations. Previously Gavin was Chief Operating Officer of Soprasteria’s UK&I business, SVP and Managing Director of CGI’s Northern European business and held senior roles in Bull and Honeywell. He has a considerable track record of directing small to large enterprises through significant strategic, operational transformations to achieve substantial revenue and profit growth and has led significant acquisition, merger and integration programmes to create marketplace competitive advantage.
Outside of work Gavin is keen to share his expertise to help young entrepreneurs address the challenges of starting and growing successful new businesses, has introduced apprenticeship schemes whilst being an active member of the Prince’s Trust Technology Group Leadership Board.
Mat Clothier, CEO, CTO & Founder of Cloudhouse Technologies, has over 20 years’ industry experience. He started his first business whilst at university, providing CIO services to SMEs in the South West of England, and has since founded multiple organisations focusing on provisioning enterprise IT solutions. Mat is an expert in enterprise IT technology, virtualization and distributed management of applications, and devotes his time to developing solutions that simplify user access to modern enterprise IT applications.
Mat is a motoring enthusiast and enjoys experimenting with new technologies. His focus is on producing IT solutions that make users’ lives easier, a promise that Cloudhouse Technologies constantly works towards. Mat graduated from the University of Plymouth with a BSc Hons in Computer Systems and Networks.
Vin has 25 years' experience of working with private equity-backed and publicly listed companies, focusing on the software sector. Until March 2015 Vin was the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Software Group plc, an AIM-listed healthcare and business management software solutions company she founded in 2008 and exited to Vista private equity. Named Quoted Company Entrepreneur of the year 2014 and Woman of The Year in the 2012 Cisco Everywoman Technology Awards, Vin is a successful entrepreneur with a strong background in technology based international business.
Sean is a serial entrepreneur and is a huge advocate of innovative uses of technology to improve the world. He has been CEO or Founder or involved at the inception of a number of new ventures including Cromwell Media's Business and Technology Magazine, Silicon.com, Lovefilm, GroupTrade, Therium Litigation Fund, Virtualstock.biz, and of course Cloudhouse Technologies. He was a graduate Fund manager at Baring's Asset Management and is currently Chairman and Founder of Peak.Fund

Tim was Vice Chairman of Cazenove until early 2010 when he stepped down to pursue a portfolio career and work more closely with smaller developing businesses. He joined Cazenove in 1980 from Robert Fleming and became a partner in 1982. In 1983 he moved to New York as President of Cazenove Inc. He returned to the UK in 1989 and became Head of Institutional Broking in 1991. He was appointed Managing Director of Cazenove Fund Management Limited in February 2000 and subsequently became Chairman in April 2001. He was appointed to the main Board of Cazenove Group plc in March 2001.
Tim holds and Honours Degree in Philosophy and Law from Cambridge University.
Charlie is a member of 24Haymarket, a business angel network of experienced private equity investors. He is currently a non-executive director of several small businesses in which he has invested across a range of industry sectors, such as ADF Milking, Wattbike, LoveThis and Cloudhouse. He was previously a partner at Candover, a private equity firm, and prior to that a director of Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank. He is also a director of Impetus - The Private Equity Foundation and its subsidiary, ThinkForward.
