    Flexible working hours – We let you decide how you want to start and finish your day, whether it’s 8am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6pm, with an hour always dedicated for lunch.

    Technical Account Manager (TAM)

    We’re growing fast so we are looking for talented, enthusiastic, intelligent Technical Account Managers to join our team.

    The Role
    This is a customer facing role and your objectives will be to ensure that our customers successfully deploy, manage and run our software realising the outcomes and benefits intended for the customer.

    You should expect to work closely with clients across the sales and delivery lifecycle, deploying and supporting POCs, production deployment and value-added packages of service. As a TAM, you’ll analyse the causes of your customer’s greatest pain points and work closely to mitigate them using Cloudhouse products and services.

    You will solicit constant feedback from both customers and colleagues, helping improve our services, and you’ll work with customers around the world, from early contact to successful deployment, gaining constant, and unique, insight into the world’s most important industries and institutions.

    What you will be doing

    This role is all about driving our customers to achieve success with our solutions :
    • Building productive long-term relationships with customers
    • Project management of successful deployments & engagements with customers around the world
    • Being the customer’s advocate internally
    • Taking bug reports and feature requests & assisting the engineering team with reproducing problems
    • Assisting customers in troubleshooting common help requests
    • Delivering services to clients to unlock the potential and value of our software within their IT estate
    • Writing & maintaining support documentation, updating it as necessary when new features are added

    What we are looking for

    • 2+ years’ experience in a customer success, project management or account management role
    • Experience with supporting and building customer relationships
    • High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
    • The ability to work cross functionally with many internal groups
    • High energy and a willingness to learn
    • Technical proficiency with Unix and Windows systems / environments

    What we are looking for

    Desirable skills

    • Experience of Cloud Services & Enterprise software sales and associated Cloud Services
    • Experience in a sales focussed customer success function
    • Understanding of Cyber Security best practices
    • Working knowledge of APIs and Cloud Services, e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure
    • Background Degree in Computing
