Why we’re a great place to work
Flexible working hours – We let you decide how you want to start and finish your day, whether it’s 8am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6pm, with an hour always dedicated for lunch.
Holiday – Along with 20 days plus public holidays per annum, you’ll get an extra day per each year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days. You’ll also get an additional three days between Christmas and New Year during the office shutdown.
Feeling hungry? We provide a free tab to our employees for access to a variety of fresh coffee, smoothies, breakfast and hot and cold lunches.
Opportunity for downtime – Our separate breakout area provides the latest games and consoles, with a full VR setup (HTC VIVE) to truly immerse yourself on your lunch breaks.
Social events – On a monthly basis we finish work early and treat our staff to an activity, drinks and a meal, all paid for by us. Our office is full of fresh fruit, nuts, chocolates, ice creams and even beer & spirits for the end of the working day!
Training and development – We believe in continuous improvement, which means we’re not afraid to try new ideas and ways of working. As a sign of commitment to team improvement, we organize regular boot camps, training courses, hackathons and conferences.
Sharing in success – After 6 months of being with us, you’ll be eligible for share options which are issued under the Enterprise Management Incentive scheme. After all, we believe in sharing the success of our company across the whole team.
Your health & pension – From your first day with us, we’ll provide you with private medical insurance, critical illness cover, death in service benefit, and an employee care assistance program. After 3 months, we’ll match your pension contributions up to 5%.
Our teams are cross-functional, self-organising with the freedom and responsibility of deciding both how and what they build.
